North Node in astrology

North Node is the direction you are growing toward: the part of you that pulls you into when it is given room. What it is ultimately after is unfamiliar territory that fits you.

It rules no sign. It is read as a sensitive point in the chart rather than a governor of one, which is why it is measured by aspect and house more than by dignity.
